专利摘要:
The spring comprises a fiber-reinforced synthetic body provided at least at one end with a thicker portion (1) wherein the thickness of the body increases gradually up to the end (5') of the spring. A spring eye (6, 19, 26) is secured to said thicker portion by means of clamping members tightening eye-fixing tongues. When manufacturing such a spring and in order to obtain the thicker portions, fiber reinforced duromer layers are conveniently applied to the parallel upper (2) and lower (3) surfaces of the end (1) of the spring body. The eye (6, 19, 26) is then fixed to the thicker portions by means of clamping members which press the tongues of the eye against the thicker portions. Said compression causes synthetic material to enter the recesses of the tongues. Finally, a hardening is carried out at a higher temperature.

mechanical weakening of the end of the sheet due to the presence of holes in it for the fixing fingers. In addition, mechanical loosening of the eyelet case is possible, and in order to obtain a sufficiently high strength of the connection between the sheet end and the eyelet body, very high surface pressures are necessary, which can damage the spring.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by avoiding mechanical loosening of the casing of the spring eye and obtaining a geometric closure between the ends of the spring and the casing of the spring eye.
Figure 1 shows the end of the spring, side view; Fig. 2 shows the location of the slots on the surfaces of the eyelet body attachment faces facing the sheet; FIGS. 3 and 4 show spring ends, examples of execution; figure 5 - the end of the leaf spring, longitudinal section.
The synthetic spring contains a sheet 1 with a wedge-shaped thickening at the ends. An eyelet body is installed on it, containing a sleeve 2 resting on the sheet 1 directly or through the gasket 3, and a yoke 4 made of steel or 55 composite reinforced fibers. The ends of the yoke form fastening zones 5, having on their surfaces,

by avoiding a mechanical loosening of the case of spring tires and obtaining a geometric closure between the ends of the springs and the case of the spring eye, the sheet at one end has at least one side wedge-shaped thickening increasing from the middle to the end, and the area of the case the lugs are made of lamellar ones and, accordingly, are coupled with opposite sides of the end springs, and the clamping cups are mounted for movement relative to the sheet.
